PURCHASING
All customers must register as a member to begin the order.
RETURN POLICY
In case of damaged or missing merchandise, we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question within two weeks of customer receipt date and depending upon availability. We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock. To acquire a refund or exchange, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage. In case of damaged merchandise, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For all requests, please contact customer service at xoxogoodboy4008@gmail.co.kr with your order number.
Once proof of missing or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable period.
If the free gift, packaging, hangers (subsidiary materials) are not enclosed, returns are not accepted. If the components of the product are damaged, it cannot be exchanged or returned. Items to be returned must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories (boxes, buttons, etc.) and tags attached. In the case of a simple change of mind (size, color, etc.), the return cost is the responsibility of the customer. Product defects and mis delivery due to manufacturer's responsibility are borne by XOXOGOODBOY headquarters.
SHIPPING
Currently, XOXOGOODBOY ships globally via DHL, UPS, SF EXPRESS. Shipping costs can vary depending on the weight of the package. Please not that taxes/duties/VAT are not included in international shipping. XOXOGOODBOY does not take responsibility for any customs fees for international orders and these charges. The customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your country customs office for more information.

DELIVERY
For international customer, you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 7-15 business days of your purchase. Delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery area and stock status.
